A yoga prescription is a specific set of exercises given to an individual to aid in their physical and mental healing. It consists of four major components. 1. Breathing Techniques
2. Exercises- these are simple movements that target areas that need attention for individual reasons.
3. Asanas- these are usually a series of basic yoga postures
4. Relaxation A client is given the series of movements in written form with the name of the exercise and number of recommended time
