As my friend was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that the huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. Anger... an emotion many have a hard time with. They either allow it to control them, are afraid to feel it, or turn it inwards. It is healthy to have all emotions, including anger. When it arises be an observer and notice it, check the facts, and determine if it is justified. Anger is justified if an important goal is blocked, or if you or others you care about are being harmed or threatened. If your anger is justified find a healthy way to express it and release the energy.
