Anger... an emotion many have a hard time with. They either allow it to control them, are afraid to feel it, or turn it inwards. It is healthy to have all emotions, including anger. When it arises be an observer and notice it, check the facts, and determine if it is justified. Anger is justified if an important goal is blocked, or if you or others you care about are being harmed or threatened. If your anger is justified find a healthy way to express it and release the energy. Use your angry Bengal tiger strength to motivate you towards appropriate action and positive change. If your anger is unjustified do opposite action to the emotion. Once you do this you will find peace and then let the anger pass as all emotions do. Observe it disappear.
